SiC, which is expected to be a next-generation power semiconductor, is very difficult to process. Our development and manufacturing technology staff overcame many challenges to produce a mass-production grinder for SiC.
We shipped the first grinder for SiC to a customer at the end of January.
Although we are a small company, we will continue to strive to contribute to a decarbonized society.
